I just recently completed Certificate IV in Leadership and Management with Core Training Group 100% online. I highly recommend it, if you wish to complete, however you are not flexible to meet in -class setting due to shift work and family commitments like I was. All content is uploaded to you to read and complete at your own pace on a easy to use program with online assessments and projects to complete. If I got stuck on a topic I would send a email to my trainer and I would received a detail response the next day. I had previously acted in a supervisor role, however it was very beneficial to recieve training in educational setting which covers Leadership roles suited for all industries not just one that was more job focussed to that particular role.
